Refund Policy

A refund can be issued on request for any overpayments to your child’s lunch account. Alternatively, any credit balances can be carried forward into the new term.

We will initiate a refund via your bank account and on completion of the refund all bank details will be destroyed.

Where an online cashless system is in operation in a school the refund will processed where possible via this method.
